The percentages of shares included in this table are calculated using the number of outstanding shares as of November 8, 2019 the denominator (not the denominator used in the transparency declarations)

***The Company’s share capital amounts to €1,712,332,261.62 represented by 68,652,938 ordinary shares. The shares are divided into three classes of shares: 1,717,600 class A shares; 36,213,268 class B shares; and 30,722,070 class C shares. All shares have identical voting, dividend and liquidation rights, but the class A and the class C shares carry certain special rights regarding the nomination of candidates for appointment to the Board of Directors and the voting of shareholders’ resolutions.
